In this position, you will be responsible for <strong>developing courses on programming, infrastructure, and AI.</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>💡 <strong>Please note that after applying for this position, you will be required to complete a test assignment after your Online Introductory Call.</strong></p> <h3>What you will do</h3> <p><strong>Develop new courses</strong></p><ul><li>Participate in learning needs analysis and high-level course design with the Product Manager and SME;</li><li>Map learning outcomes for the whole course and for each module and lesson;</li><li>Write content based on SME’s materials, prepare practice exercises and learning aids.</li><li>Prepare materials about new courses for sales manager training;</li><li>Create documentation about courses and keep it up to date.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Update our current courses on programming</strong></p><ul><li>Audit the course in terms of cognitive load, motivation, difficulty level, and alignment with educational outcomes;</li><li>Work with student feedback and subject-matter expert recommendations to identify areas for course quality improvement;</li><li>Update course content in collaboration with SMEs (subject-matter experts);</li><li>Maintain backlog of improvements.</li></ul> <h3>Requirements</h3> <ul><li>Worked as an instructional designer / learning experience designer / learning content developer / program designer for at least 3 years;</li><li>Has proven experience working with technical topics, such as software engineering, data science, data analysis;</li><li>Knows models and methodologies for complex skills learning;</li><li>Can develop various forms of educational content (long reads, projects, practice tasks, infographics, assessment, etc.);</li><li>Can design and implement skills and knowledge assessment into the course;</li><li>Can structure educational experiences, build Learning Journey Maps (LJMs);</li><li>Can work with modern tools to create learning aids (we use Figma, HeyGen, Supademo).</li><li>English proficiency (C1).</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Nice-to-have:</strong></p><ul><li>A background in programming or another IT profession (related degree, certification, or prior work experience).</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What we value:</strong></p><ul><li>Autonomy — you propose, do, ask questions independently;</li><li>Empathetic, learner-centric approach — you make decisions considering learners' interests, concerns, and context; you understand that the responsibility for successes and failures is shared equally between us and the learners;</li><li>Dedication and commitment — you are genuinely invested in achieving the best outcomes and are proud of what you do.</li><li>Attention to detail and thoroughness — you'll be processing a lot of advanced content.</li></ul> <h3>What we can offer you</h3> <ul><li>Remote, full-time collaboration;</li><li>Monthly Base Payment $2,000 - $2,500 gross pending aligned experience and skills;</li><li>Yearly performance appraisal and a bonus system;</li><li>Digital office.
