Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for an experience Senior Business Analyst to join our team.

Duties

• Analyzes, validates and develops business and technical process requirements; develops systems requirements, techniques and controls; and leads implementation efforts of requirements.
• Represents business unit with project management, customers and end users.
• Develops and manages business and user requirement specifications; leads analysis and verification to ensure consistency, traceability, feasibility and completeness; recommends and implements process improvement.
• Develops hard copy and electronic reports as required; utilizes analysis models, prototypes and scenarios.
• Develops and implements requirement practices and processes; and develops engineering policies, procedures and tools.
• Develops and analyses product planning; and proposes new product features and updates.
• May provide leadership and training to less experienced staff.
• Responsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.
• Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analyst is required.
• An active Public Trust is highly desired.
• Need experience working with high level stakeholders.
• Gap Analysis experience is required.
• Plus if there is experience with USAF.
