Co-Manager Position Available at Villa Restaurant Group

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for the food service industry? Villa Restaurant Group is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Co-Manager to help oversee our multiple food concepts at the Wind Creek Outlets Food Court.

What You'll Do:

• Manage daily operations across multiple food concepts.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and food quality.
• Lead and develop team members to achieve business goals.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and health/safety regulations.

What You'll Need:

• Proven experience managing multiple food service locations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays, weekends, and overnight hours.

CO Managers (60-75k per year based on experience)
