<p><strong>Senior Programme Manager, Ireland</strong><br/><strong>Location: </strong>Remote within Ireland with regular travel across Ireland and to Cambridge, UK <br/><strong>Salary:</strong> €57,750 - €63,000 p.a. full-time equivalent, dependent on experience<br/><strong>Basis: </strong>Permanent; full-time, part-time or flexible<br/><strong>Eligibility:</strong> You must be eligible to work in Ireland</p><p><strong>The role</strong></p><p>We are seeking an experienced programme manager to join the Raspberry Pi Foundation's team to help increase access to computing education for young people in Ireland. Reporting to our Director for the UK &amp; Ireland, you will be responsible for the growth and delivery of our programmes in Ireland, including both formal education and non-formal learning.</p><p>This is a varied role, and you will be responsible for partnerships, training, outreach, and more. You will also work closely with the Director for the UK &amp; Ireland to develop our strategy for Ireland. You will have a track record of developing and delivering education programmes at scale. If you’re the right person for the job, we’ll make it work for you, and you can be confident that you’ll be working with an exceptional team.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul> <li>Develop and implement strategies to increase the reach and impact of the Foundation's products in Ireland, addressing both formal education and non-formal learning.</li> <li>Manage the delivery of programmes in Ireland, ensuring the target outcomes are achieved and that they address the needs of participants including teachers, volunteers and young people. </li> <li>Engage with the Irish education ecosystem, ensuring that the Foundation understands and is influencing computing education policy and is proactively engaging with relevant networks and organisations. </li> <li>Ensure that all programmes and partnerships implement our commitments to accessibility, inclusion, and safeguarding, and that we are prioritising impact for underserved and educationally disadvantaged people and communities. </li> <li>Build, lead, and manage a highly skilled team, providing them with the clarity and support to enable them to do great work.</li> <li>Support the development and implementation of M&amp;E plans.
