- Work closely with the Occupational Therapist and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to patient care.

- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.

- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities to enhance your skills and stay updated with the latest advancements in occupational therapy.

- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Valid license as an Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) in the state of Florida.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as an Occupational Therapist Assistant.

- Solid understanding of occupational therapy principles, techniques, and best practices.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

- Ability to work under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist and assist in delivering therapy services.

- Proficiency in documenting patient progress and treatment plans using electronic medical records (EMR).

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to patients' homes.
