As a Regional Quality Manager, you will be accountable for overseeing and maintaining the ANH Quality Management System and Standards across North America and Canada, specifically for premix and solutions quality operations, encompassing both commercial and supply activities. This includes ensuring quality excellence across four production sites. You will provide the necessary infrastructure and resources to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, safeguard the right to operate, and support regional business objectives.
Candidate must reside in a commutable distance to a dsm-firmenich facility.

Your Key Responsibilities

Member of the ANH global Quality & Compliance Leadership team, supporting definition of ANH Global Operations strategy, Global Annual quality plan and targets.

Ensures Compliance with applicable laws, regulations, company policies and ANH requirements in the region, supporting Local Quality, Formulation and Regulatory functions.

Plan, execute and maintain quality systems.

Regional Business owner for Quality processes and tools to ensure alignment to the Global Standards in the region, continual improvement and support to the Sites as needed.

Supports sites to maintain quality certifications as needed. Responsible for Regional or Country specific Quality management and certifications when applicable.

Collaborates with regional QC laboratories to align on harmonized analytical methods and ensure consistent customer support Oversights and supports the Supplier Quality Management process including definition of specifications, qualification, monitoring, and performance review.

You bring

Master's degree in Agribusiness, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering or Feed/Food Technology or related field OR a combination of education and proven experience.
