Jane interviews founders, industry leaders, and experts about how they built successful brands, while also sharing honest insights into leadership, scaling a business, and balancing ambition with life.
 
The Position
Jane Lu aka The Lazy CEO is entering a new stage of growth, and TikTok is where that growth lives. This role is about owning Jane's TikTok presence end-to-end, pulling raw material out of her world, her day-to-day running Showpo, her opinions, her wins and her failures, and turning it into videos that stops the scroll.
You need to be genuinely native to the platform, not someone who studies it from the outside. You already know what's trending, what sounds are about to break, and how to speak to a millennial audience. 
We want someone who can shoot, edit and post at a high, consistent volume, and who treats personality and storytelling as the core of the strategy, with trends used to sharpen it, not replace it.
