Job Description

You will support the timely approval and implementation of ISO filings and related issues. You will be expected to maintain awareness of current filing issues and historical issues, review/assemble filings in SERFF, work with field staff for review of materials, communicate filing activity to internal stakeholders, research filing objections to support field staff and contribute to the home office state filing team on day-to-day management of filing activity.

Responsibilities

• Support timely approval and implementation of ISO's regulatory filings of insurance program coverage forms, manuals, pricing and related products.
• Build ISO filing in SERFF in accordance with filing requirements
• Communicate filing activity to internal stakeholders
• Research historical objections to support filed staff in managing issues
• Work as part of the home office state filing unit on the day to day management of filings 

Qualifications

• College degree, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years experience within the P&C industry.
• Experience in product development, pricing, or state filings and regulatory compliance are preferred.
• Superior interpersonal, oral/written communication and negotiation skills, and a proven record of project management.
• Experience working with insurance departments on filing issues and demonstrated ability to develop relationships with internal and external stake-holders and advocate on company’s behalf a plus.
• Ability to think strategic and act tactical to advance ISO's and Verisk's interests.
• Knowledge and understanding of the current P/C marketplace.
• Understanding and use of ISO products is desirable.
• CPCU and other industry designations preferred.
• Based in Auburn, MA.
