We’re looking for more than just a button-pusher; we need a strong, smart go-getter who spots what needs to be done and takes pride in a job well done.<br>To keep growing, we’re looking for a new (Technical) Operator to join our team!</p> <p>During peak season, you'll dive into a fast-paced, high-energy environment where 45 tons of carrots flow through our production lines every hour. You'll be hands-on: monitoring machines, ensuring top-quality output, making sharp decisions, and keeping everything running smoothly with your team.<br>In the off-season, you’ll shift gears and work on maintenance and repairs — getting our rugged washing and sorting machines ready to roar again. This isn’t delicate lab work; it’s solid, practical, no-frills engineering where your brain and your hands work together.</p> <ul> <li>Solid technical skills and a strong hands-on attitude.</li> <li>Previous experience as a (technical) operator.</li> <li>Experience with a wheel loader or truck? Even better!</li> <li>A love for outdoor work and a sharp eye for spotting tasks.</li> <li>A sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently.</li> <li>Flexibility to jump into other departments during quieter times.</li> </ul>
