In this position...
- You will get to work closely with Product Line Managers to include continuous technical improvement in the product roadmap
- You will be responsible for guiding and preparing technical architecture documentation for management review and approvals
- You will help in delivering large complex digital systems (transactional & non-transactional) that used traditional and headless AEM architectural patterns driving personalized and targeted digital experiences
- You will get the opportunity to lead technical design and development efforts for AEM projects.
What you'll do...
- Provide technical leadership to solve problems and remove blockers for product teams.
- Develop and maintain the technical architecture for AEM-based solutions
- Develop AEM remote spa & spa applications using React JS
- Design the future state digital web platform architecture around AEM, Target, Launch, and other Adobe technologies
- Configure, administer, and operate Adobe Target to build Multi-channel campaigns
- Drive technical effort working with IT partners, site management and creative to ensure timely execution of testing and/or personalization cadence
- Demonstrating knowledge of forms policy, forms creation, revision, and cancellation processes.
- Experience with developing Architecture driven through content fragments for omni channel experience
- Experience with migrating existing onprem applications to cloud service(AEMaacs)
- Develop and oversee OSGI bundles, AEM templates, HTL/Sightly components and services, AEM launches, workflows, localization features, AEM Mobile and Forms applications and the AEM DAM.
- Design, build, and implement custom AEM components, templates, workflows, and forms
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs
- Configure and manage AEM environments, including setting up infrastructure, security, and performance tuning
- Integrate AEM with other systems and tools, such as CRM, CMS, analytics, and e-commerce platforms
- Lead technical design and development efforts for AEM projects
- Mentor junior AEM developers and provide technical guidance and support
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AEM technology trends and best practices
- Pair program frequently to stay current on the code base / tech stack.
- Coordinate reuse, architecture, and interoperability strategy.
- Participate in the recruitment of certain high-level technical staff, mentor junior developers, assist team members with AEM training.
You'll have...
- B.S. in Computer Science or other related degree.
- 7+ years of progressive responsibilities in management of software delivery experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with full stack software technologies such as AEM, graph-ql, JavaScript, React or other JavaScript frameworks, Java, Kotlin, etc. and cloud platforms like GCP, Azure or AWS
