Inside Sales Account Executive (Luxury Specialist) - West

Our team is growing at The RealReal, and we’re seeking experienced salespeople to help drive new consignment business. The Luxury Specialist (LS) drives new business by acquiring consigned items from new clients within an assigned territory. What You Get To Do Every Day

• Work to convert marketing generated leads into new consignors, and self-generate new business by prospecting and activating lapsed leads
• Connect with consignors to drive consignment activity through daily outreach and virtual appointments
• Leverage strong consignor relationships to gain referrals for new consignors
• Outreach daily to existing clients (90 - 100 per day via phone/text) 
• Provide an outstanding customer experience
• Review contract with consignors
• Set pricing expectations through deep knowledge of luxury, while utilizing internal tools and resources

What You Bring To The Role

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven success in direct sales roles or quota-driven retail roles
• Ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust and credibility with clients
• Proficiency and comfortability using software such as G-Suite, Email, SalesForce, CRM 
• Ability to commit to full-time hours (40 hours per week)
• Self-motivation and drive to achieve results
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
• A solutions-focused mentality with a growth mindset

The expected hourly range for this role is $26.00 - $28.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
