Inside Sales Engineer

As an Inside Sales Engineer, you will provide quotations for our instrumentation portfolio while being part of the Internal Sales team based in Madrid, Alcobendas.  You will work hand in hand with Field Sales and ensure customer satisfaction at the highest standards throughout the whole proposal process.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Respond and qualify customers’ inquiries in order to ensure proposals.
• Ensure all proposals meet the customers’ application and operational needs, are technically accurate and commercially verified and offer the best solutions that highlight customer business benefits.
• Work closely with Field Sales and Account Management teams to align efforts, share market intelligence, and develop pricing strategies that are consistent with overall business goals and account plans.
• Continually expand your knowledge of our products and industry trends.

You scan the environment for new technical skills, knowledge, or capabilities that can benefit business or personal performance. You break down objectives into appropriate initiatives and actions. You build and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Relevant experience in a similar position within the industrial market.
• Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Be proactive, self-motivated and results driven salesperson.
• Demonstrate Think Customer values, delivering first class customer service and commitment to continually improve internal processes.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: 

• Experience working in a matrix organization.
• Experience with Measurement & Analytical products.
• Portuguese language.
