About this role:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Information Security Analyst to join our innovative team.  This small, dynamic, and flexible environment offers a unique opportunity to showcase your talents by participating in collaborative, complex problem-solving, and emerging technologies.

The Senior Information Security Analyst is responsible for implementing risk management procedures across the enterprise including the development and maintenance of business continuity planning, data, systems, and network security. They investigate and remediate information security events to ensure integrity against technical and physical risks.
 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Performs planning, diagnoses risk and system issues, and takes corrective actions to ensure continuity of operations

  • Identifies and implements technologies and processes to improve the reliability, efficiency, and availability of the systems environment

  • Implementation and administration of on-prem, virtual, and cloud infrastructure security tools

  • Document and execute all required security processes

  • Manage information security assessments, findings, and remediations

  • Implementation and administration of encryption and tokenization tools

  • Implementation and administration of multi-factor authentication tools

  • Manage hardware and software patching procedures

  • Management and administration of corporate infrastructure (switches, firewalls)

  • Implementation and administration of corporate data backups and disaster recovery

  • Server and workstation hardware and software deployments and patching

  • Database encryption administration (SQL Server)

  • Server encryption administration (Windows)

  • Participation, review, and management of Information Security sync meetings

  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot end-user issues

  • Monitors current and emerging technologies, trends, and tools

  • Continual training to keep up with emerging technologies

  • Works with IT team to cover all necessary activities

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Knowledgeable about current information security trends, techniques, tools, and processes

  • Experience with Qualys, CrowdStrike, Sysmon, WinCollect, and Burp Suite software packages

  • Experience deploying, administering, and maintaining firewalls

  • Experience deploying, administering, and maintaining network switches

  • Experience with disaster recovery planning and implementation

  • Experience with Azure cloud platform technology

  • Database encryption experience (SQL Server)

  • Server encryption experience (Windows)

  • Experience implementing multi-factor authentication

  • Experience deploying servers and workstations (hardware and software)

  • Experience deploying hardware and software patches

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
