JOB SUMMARY:

Our dynamic Ethos team is seeking a full-time Business Intelligence Analyst (REMOTE) to take ownership of managing our master data set, developing insightful dashboards and reports, and resolving data-related issues. You'll be at the heart of our data operations, ensuring accuracy, security, and accessibility for critical decision-making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and maintain master data, including creation, updates, and deletions.
• Design and build dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and Excel.
• Oversee the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata.
• Support the data warehouse by identifying and refining reporting requirements.
• Train end-users on dashboards and reports to empower data-driven decisions.
• Query databases using SQL to analyze and retrieve data effectively.
• Approach data problems logically, making ethical and informed decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics, SQL Server, or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Certifications: No certifications are required, but a commitment to continuing education through certifications or independent study is encouraged.

Skills:

• Proficiency in database tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL Server Management Studio, Data Studio, and Power BI.
• Strong data visualization and storytelling skills to present insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of mathematics and statistics.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration abilities.
• Ethical awareness of data usage, storage, and analysis.
• Familiarity with Visual Studio (preferred).

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Remote, home-office setup with consistent temperatures.
• Frequent engagement in team meetings (daily standups and weekly planning).
• Prolonged stationary work using computers and office equipment.
