Accounts Receivable Office Associate - Entry Level & Experienced

Accounts Receivable

This position will be responsible for processing billing, collections, and reconciliations to the general ledger and accounts receivable reports.

Job Responsibilities:

• Works with customers and store managers to resolve discrepancies
• Clerical duties, including data entry and filing of monthly statements
• Preparation of deposits and application of cash
• Reconcile accounts & schedules
• Reconciling bank reserve statements for assigned stores
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Process daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Will be courteous and provide excellent customer service towards customers and co-workers
• Other duties as requested by management

Environmental & Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk, and hear
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may incidentally be required to stoop, kneel, and crouch, lift weight, or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds

• 2+ years’ experience or training in accounts receivable preferred
• Excellent data entry skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
• Detailed oriented and high level of accuracy
• Must be trained in Word & Excel
