• Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
• Oversee personal and professional errands as needed.
• Support with event planning and execution.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with travel arrangements and event planning is a plus.
