Mobile Device Technician

ARES Corporation is hiring a Mobile Device Technician to work on-site at Kennedy Space Center.  The Mobile Device Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, configuring, and providing technical support for mobile devices including Apple iPhones and iPads. This role includes diagnosing hardware and software issues, assisting end-users with setup and connectivity, managing devices through Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms such as Intuva, and ensuring compliance with security policies. In this position, the individual will troubleshoot device problems, perform diagnostics, coordinate needed repairs, resolve device problems, including coordination between users and components of a network, and participate in the evaluation of device configuration and software / applications.

Requirements:

• High school diploma.
