Summary

Production Operations Technology Analyst, will be focused on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of operational technology systems within the organization. This position involves compiling and analyzing data related to operational technologies, driving process improvements, and providing insights for the development of technical solutions. The Analyst will evaluate operational technology strategies, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with various internal stakeholders to implement effective technology solutions. This role is critical in ensuring the alignment of technology systems with business objectives and operational needs. Six Sigma certification is highly desired. 

Compensation

Salary range - $52K to $75K yearly, + yearly bonus incentive. Full benefits and corporate perks are also offered. 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyze operational technology systems and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Compile and maintain records and data pertinent to operational technologies.
• Develop and recommend operational technology solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with IT infrastructure, engineering, sales, and manufacturing teams to align technology solutions with business needs.
• Maintain and monitor production schedules and inventory levels to ensure efficient technology system operations.
• Prepare and present reports to upper management regarding the status and performance of technology solutions.
• Act as a liaison between technology teams and business units to ensure seamless integration and implementation of technology solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements

Required Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of related experience in operations technology, systems analysis, or a similar field.
• Demonstrated ability to perform complex analytical tasks.

Working Conditions

Must be able to perform the essential job duties. Work may be performed in an office, warehouse and/or manufacturing environment. Requires the ability to perform the following activities for the majority of the day: stand for extended periods of time, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or climb. In addition, requires the ability to lift and/or push up to 50 pounds. May be exposed to noise and be required to wear hearing protection for the duration of the shift.
