What You’d Do in This Role:You will be responsible for tackling complex technical challenges, proactively solving problems using the power of technology, all while developing deep business and domain knowledge across our products. You have 4+ years of proven experience in software engineering, specifically within Java or Kotlin highly preferred.
You are a team player who thrives in cross-functional settings, working closely with product managers, designers, and engineers.
You are able to think creatively and use technology to solve real business challenges.
You have strong communication skills and are able to engage beyond code with other team members to align with business goals.
You are comfortable working in an environment with shifting priorities and evolving needs.
You are willing to listen, learn, and work toward common goals with humility and flexibility.

What Winning Looks Like:

Write, test, and ship high-quality code, contributing to the creation of digital products that will change lives
Develop software solutions that are both scalable and maintainable, meeting deadlines without compromising quality
Focus on writing thorough integration tests and documentation, ensuring solutions are well-tested and shareable
Constantly grow in your understanding of the Consumer Products Space, applying business knowledge when designing technical solutions
