At Assembly Software, you'll join a small, high-impact engineering team responsible for the cloud platforms and internal tooling that power how our products are built, deployed, and operated. As a senior individual contributor, you won't just maintain infrastructure — you'll design, build, and run the systems that enable our engineers to ship faster and our customers to succeed reliably. Over time, you'll help evolve these capabilities into external-facing services that customers interact with directly.

The work spans cloud infrastructure design and automation, CI/CD pipeline development, container orchestration, observability, and security-first engineering across Azure. You'll write real code, own production systems, and partner closely with the engineering teams who depend on what you build.

You bring several years of hands-on DevOps, platform, or cloud engineering experience — enough to have built, broken, fixed, and improved real systems at scale. You're comfortable owning what you ship, you have strong instincts about when to move fast and when to be careful, and you know how to work effectively with AI-powered development tools without letting them do your thinking for you.

What We Offer 

• Competitive salary: $110,000 - $150,000 salary plus bonus (depending on experience)
