This role supports all of North America and can be based at the following PACCAR U.S. Manufacturing Plants or Division Office sites: Denton, Texas or Renton, Washington.
Requisition Summary
The North American Materials team is looking for an ambitious and self-directed Business Technology Analyst to lead our projects from conception to launch.
The Business Technology Analyst focus is to drive innovation and deliver solutions that change the way we do business and move PACCAR into the future.
Successful candidates will be highly self-directed, excellent problem-solvers and be able to work with all levels of the organization. Strong leadership skills and excellent communication skills are required.
This Business Technology Analyst will work as part of the supply chain team and work towards identifying the most optimal, consolidated approach and system to support our North American manufacturing plants.
Strong knowledge of software delivery methodologies is required.
Job responsibilities will include gathering requirements, helping to define a product vision and strategy, and working with great developers to manage and execute projects.

Job Functions / Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of medium and complex technology projects and initiatives to provide high quality solutions to the end users, including project management from initiation through deployment
- Lead projects of moderate to high complexity with teams of 6 or more participants with budgets in the $1M range and project efforts of 7,500 man-hours or more
- Gain enough technical details of a project to participate in the estimations process
- Engage in multiple smaller projects, initiatives, and system requests simultaneously
- Provide project status updates to leadership with a driven Agile approach
- Build and execute project plans, functional test cases and ensuring conformance to established PACCAR standards and procedures
- Supports product owners and customers to identify and document requirements to produce systems requirements documentation contributing to department process improvement activities
