Manager, HR Business Partner- Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

 

 

 

Formula for Success:        

 

Provide strategic HR consultation to the leadership team, integrating the HR perspective into strategic, tactical, and operational decisions. Serve as an HR advisor, offering insights, coaching, and challenging senior leaders on critical HR matters. Design and implement targeted HR interventions to drive business growth.

 

Oversee and optimize HR processes for ED North America, ensuring compliance with local policies in collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs), Country HR, and the BASF labor team.

 

Collaborate closely with HR CoEs and Country HR teams across North America to implement and adapt HR frameworks, and develop customized HR solutions as needed for the unit.

 

Implement global HR projects and initiatives for ED North America, ensuring successful execution and conducting effectiveness reviews.

 

Lead and guide regionally relevant HR operations, acting as a central point of contact for stakeholders in the regional business, fostering culture and organizational growth. Represent ED in regional HR networks and manage relevant stakeholders, including country/platform HR contacts. Take the lead on critical projects and initiatives with an HR focus at the regional level.

 

Drive talent acquisition and talent development initiatives, including training programs for employees and leaders, aligned with business needs, leveraging global, regional, and local tools and the Global Talent Management Approach. Develop retention strategy and establish robust succession pipeline to ensure business continuity.

Lead and develop the EDN HR team, exercising professional and disciplinary leadership, providing motivation, and coaching to the local team.

 

What we Look for in You:

 

Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or a related discipline

 

10 years of professional HR experience preferably in a multinational company environment with at least 3 years as a HR Business Partner

 

Proven record of driving organizational development, cultural change and talent development.

 

Excellent interpersonal communication skills, organizational and cultural awareness.

 

Experience in working with senior management and ability to operate and influence with impact in a matrix environment.
