The Senior Analyst, Global Benefits manages benefits programs & policies, transactions, and procedures that deliver excellent customer service experiences for our team members. They will also assist with researching and analyzing new and improving existing programs related to benefits, payroll, and HR service delivery. 

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Vendor & Program Management 
  • Oversee vendor relationships in the day-to-day administration of assigned benefits programs to ensure high-performance levels. 
  • Manage renewal & enrollment processes for assigned programs.  
  • Work with stakeholders to evaluate, adjust, communicate, and execute the global benefits strategy for Relativity 
  • Identify, recommend, develop, and implement process improvements based on customer feedback, input, and data trends. 
  • Work with HR specialty areas and leadership to provide implementation support for the development of new programs and processes. 
  • Foster and maintain collaborative internal relationships with key HR and business stakeholders. 
  • Utilize existing knowledge or ramp up on the Workday system to help provide support or aid the team on transactional requests.

  • Benefits Compliance    
  • Review new legislative updates and design a plan to operationalize it. 
  • Ensure compliance with current global, federal, state and local requirements such as ACA, COBRA, ERISA, FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, etc. 
  • Perform annual non-discrimination testing for retirement plans and health & welfare plans (including benefits/payroll adjustments, communications).  
  • Manage the completion of filings, reporting, and payments such as 1094-C/1095-C and state forms, Form 5500, PCORI, Medicare Part D, SF HCSO, etc. (i.e., providing info to the government) 
  • Manage the delivery of annual notices, disclosure, and reporting to employees/ plan participants such as 1095-C and state forms, WRAP doc, etc 
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to source reports needed to perform audits. Support SOX readiness (EY HTR Process Flows, Gap Register and RACM) 

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience administering benefit programs (benefits, payroll, systems etc.)  
  • Previous experience with at least one of the following: US health benefits,US risk, 401k or US benefits compliance   
  • Previous experience leading process improvement  
  • Prior functional benefits, payroll and HR systems experience  
  • Prior vendor management experience  
  • Proven analytical abilities  
  • Strong cross-functional communication
