Position Overview:
We have an exciting career opportunity for a strategic, results-driven IT Director – Business Process Transformation who will lead and manage key initiatives that align technology capabilities with business goals. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, finance, IT and other business teams to streamline business processes, implement ERP and system enhancements, and ensure the successful delivery of enterprise-level programs.
This position is ideal for a hands-on program manager with strong business acumen, ERP experience, and a passion for continuous improvement through process and technology.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional programs that support end-to-end business process improvements and technology transformations.
- Partner with stakeholders to assess needs, map current and future state workflows, and document business and functional requirements.
- Manage full project lifecycle including scope definition, budgeting, risk management, communication plans, testing, and rollout.
- Coordinate with IT teams on ERP implementation and system integration projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Establish and maintain clear communication between business users, technical teams, and leadership throughout all project phases.
- Use structured methodologies (e.g., Lean, DMAIC, Agile, or Waterfall) to guide process improvement and project execution.
- Function as the PMO and contribute to the evolution of project governance, stage-gate processes, and project tracking tools.
- Monitor KPIs, track ROI, and drive post-implementation analysis to ensure expected outcomes are achieved.
Requirements Include:
- Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident – Green card holder
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer engineering, business, operations, or a related field
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in IT program or project management, with a focus on ERP or business systems transformation
- Proven experience leading process reengineering efforts across multiple business functions
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Infor, Oracle, or similar), including implementation or optimization work
- Strong understanding of both business operations and IT systems.
