What you’ll do:

As Senior Project Manager you’ll spearhead some of the most strategically important projects at the company, and lead a group of Project Managers set to plan and execute the assigned project. You will be part of our Global Project & Event Operations team which is responsible for creating our esports events around the world and delivering amazing experiences.

The Senior Project Manager takes a holistic approach to the project, and has the ultimate responsibility to deliver world class event experiences, and make sure we meet cost, timescale, and quality parameters in line with overall business objectives, EFG (ESL FACEIT Group) guidelines, and policies.

Contribute in the management of the Project Operations Department

• Lead Project managers in assigned projects.
• Develop and implement workflows and streamline assigned projects, including creating processes on how to work with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Large budget responsibility, in charge of creating a structure to manage day-to-day budget operations, as well as closing of the project.

• Engaging and motivating project teams throughout the entire project life cycle.

Project Managing

• Be the brain of the project – ensure that the right stakeholders have the right information and resources at the right time in order to work towards a common goal.
• Create timelines, deliverables, and goals for your project and hold others accountable for their deliverables.
• Manage project budgets and expenses in real-time.
• Execute live and remote events both in our studio and at off-site venues.
• Work with our internal teams on creating scopes of work and project budgets for new projects.
• Be the main point of contact for client(s) in regard to the execution of a project.
