Senior Project Manager, Project Management - Temporary Worker

Job Description:

WE WELCOME REMOTE CANDIDATES RESIDING IN THE UNITED STATES

• Temporary Position, W2, starting ASAP until 4/3/2025
• Must have an advertising/creative/campaign background.

As an integral part of the project management team, you will provide daily tactical support in the management of all activities with other teams, agency clients and external partners for the assigned business/product. You will ensure all assigned tasks are delivered on time and budget, and according to internal processes and industry best practices.

Key Accountabilities:

• You will prepare and own timeline, budgets and project scopes across multiple work streams
• You will manage resourcing allocations with resource management team
• You will involve the team at the optimal levels for project success and overall account utilization
• You will lead and manage daily hot sheet reports, issues tracker, etc. (agency)
• You will manage and maintain meeting notes (agency)
• You will work with the team to initiate new jobs within the agency
• You will manage workflows
• You will track and manage team hours and out-of-pocket expenses in collaboration with Finance,
• You will review and assess weekly financial reports
• You will participate in internal financial billing meetings

Qualifications:

• You will have at least 5+ years of experience in advertising or agency setting
• You will have experience and knowledge working in a continuous delivery model, agile sprint management.
• You will be a highly motivated individual with a "can-do" attitude
• You will be have client-facing experience

Additional Information:

The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is $44.13 - $71.64. Hourly pay rate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.

Eligible for Sick and Safe Time, and Paid Holidays.
