This is a full-time, benefit eligible position working Monday - Friday. This candidate will work at several locations, including Lebanon, Camdenton, Osage Beach, St. Robert, and Rolla.
As part of our compassionate care team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting quality behavioral health services for individuals and families in rural communities. This position combines hands-on clinical care with opportunities to train, mentor, and strengthen quality initiatives that help our team deliver exceptional, person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
- Support nursing leadership in quality improvement initiatives, staff training, and competency development
- Provide clinic coverage and support as needed to ensure continuity of care
- Coordinate and organize medication clinics
- Perform venipunctures, urinalysis, waived testing, and other clinical procedures
- Administer and manage medications in alignment with policy and safety standards
- Offer patient education and resources to promote understanding and wellness
- Triage and route telephone calls appropriately
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and documentation
- Follow CLIA, OSHA, and infection control standards
- Monitor and maintain medical and laboratory supplies
- Travel to other Compass Health locations as needed to provide coverage
- Other duties as assigned within scope of practice
Education, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Nurse LPN• High School/GED required
• Practical Nursing certificate required
Nurse RN
• Associate/bachelor’s degree in nursing required
WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS • A valid MO driver's license and agency established minimum automobile coverage required
• Knowledge of medical office terminology, procedures, and equipment preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite preferred
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
• Missouri-issued nursing license required
• LPN, RN, or GPN/GN must pass the MO NCLEX exam within 90 days of graduation
