Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Talent Development Learning Specialist to assist the Talent Development Managers with succession, performance, and goal processes, including maintenance, testing, and other activities. Supports Talent Development Managers in coordinating development tools and resources. Manages content for relevant training courses.
Responsibilities include:
- Complete SAP SuccessFactors succession, performance, and goal testing and maintenance.
- Coordinate HBDI assessments, reviews, and certification process. Responsible for tracking and processing invoices.
- Assist Talent Development Manager with the coordination and communication of 360 feedback process, as well as support with HBDI, and Motivators.
- Support Talent Development Manager with Succession activities.
- Support Talent Development Manager with Performance Management process.
- Support Talent Development Manager with leadership development programs and talent reviews.
- Support Talent Development Manager with coaching programs.
- Support Talent Development Manager with Mentoring Program.
- Create and manage Talent Development reports and metrics.
- Manage Talent Development and Performance Review content.
Skills/Qualifications
Skills/Qualifications Required
- 3 years HR, L&D, or business experience
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with managing projects
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other talent management software
