SUMMARY
The Data and Voice Expense Analyst is responsible for helping to maintain the cost of voice and data services for US Renal Care, Inc. This includes adds, moves, and changes to existing services. This will also include reviewing monthly billing statements and following up on credits and disputes with service providers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned.
- This role collaborates with service providers for data, cellular, fire/burglar alarm, TV, VoIP, and POTS; these relationships may change over time.
- Processes MAC (Move/Add/Change) requests for services managed by US Renal Care, Inc.
- Works with team members to assess how internal decisions impact billed services.
- Follows company procedures when ordering new services or discontinuing older ones.
- Remains updated on the latest advances in supported data and voice services.
- Encourages teamwork within the networking department and across other IT groups.
- Identifies opportunities to reduce and control costs.
- Maintains and updates internal documentation in the knowledge base.
- Prepares and updates cost analysis reports.
- Engage with third-party vendors.
- Promotes GUEST customer service standards and builds strong relationships throughout the organization.
- Clearly communicates expectations and assumes accountability for outcomes.
- Regular and reliable attendance is essential for this position.
Qualifications/Requirements:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Requirements include:
- Associate degree +4 years working with enterprise data and telecom billing services or
- Bachelor's degree +2 years working with enterprise data and telecom billing services or
- +8 years working with enterprise data and telecom billing services
- Strong understanding data and telecom services
- Strong documentation skills. Works well with others
- Must be willing to work hours as required by networking availability requirements
