Paragon Asset Recovery Services is seeking an Insurance Claims Analyst as we continue to grow our team! This position electronically reviews insurance policies and claims to identify balances due from policyholders. Insurance Claims Analysts also solve problems on previously billed invoices daily and support the internal recovery department.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strong understanding of commercial liability, auto, and property and casualty insurance
  • Master the ability to navigate through our system as well as our client’s systems to perform research
  • Analyze complex situations and determine if an invoice needs to be generated
  • Support the recovery team when insureds have technical questions related to the invoice

Job Requirements:

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to problem-solve complex situations
  • Leveraging the training provided, make decisions that lead to sending accurate invoices
  • Ability to work independently for extended periods while performing research
  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience desired
  • Prior experience with an lines of insurance outside of medical
  • Interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral)
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Salary is $18-21 per year (DOE)
  • Minimal cost to the employee for employee health care benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision and Supplemental insurance coverage
