Job Summary
Senior Manager, Corporate Affairs & Public Policy, U.S. and Canada
We are looking for a dynamic and impactful Government & Public Affairs manager who can analyze policy and regulations, continue to build partnerships with relevant stakeholders, and educate policymakers across the US and Canada.

This position can be based in any U.S. state home-based, with preference for Northeast or West Coast.
You will be travelling around 20% of your time throughout the US/Canada.
Tetra Pak is not considering applicants (Internal or External) who require International relocation to the United States.
What you will do
As Senior Manager, Corporate Affairs & Public Policy, U.S. and Canada, you will:
- Lead on the circular economy, food systems, and climate policy in key U.S. States and Canadian provinces and territories as assigned
- Build and maintain solid relationships with key decision makers, local stakeholders and strategic partners in key states
- Monitor and escalate key sustainability, food, trade, digital, and other relevant policy developments working with our associations, customers and other partners
- Raise the profile of Tetra Pak and the beverage cartons industry among decision makers in key states
- Develop and maintain policy trackers and stakeholder lists for necessary processes of internal reporting
- Brief and manage our state-based consultants and lobbyists.
- Join a truly global team of Government Relations and Public Affairs professionals focused on being a leader in the food and beverage industry
- Work closely with our sustainability, communications, legal and market operations teams
- Interact with our business units' leaders and advise on the major policy challenges and opportunities in the US and Canada as the two major markets for Tetra Pak

We believe you have
- At least 3-6 years of US state policy work, including lobbying or government affairs experience.
- Previous experience in a similar industry (food and beverage, health, packaging or another highly regulated industries) would be an advantage.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and impeccable writing skills.
- Developed a sense of executive communications and sensitivity toward multicultural environment and teams.
- A pristine record of compliance with regulations and good governance when it comes to lobbying and policy advocacy.
- A true passion for sustainability and food policy.
Pay Equity
Tetra Pak provides the following compensation range that in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Ranges are determined by role, level and location. Within the range, individual pay is defined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. The estimate displayed is just one component of Tetra Pak's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards include annual performance bonus, competitive benefits, and work-related allowances.
- Annual Base Salary Range (ABS): $124,800.00 - $178,200.00
- Short-term Incentive/Bonus (Variable Pay): Eligible to performance incentive of 18% of ABS
