Do you understand the importance of having all the restaurant dishes cleaned in a timely manner?  Are you a successful leader who additionally enjoys getting “in the pit” and helping out the team? The Head Steward is responsible for the overall cleanliness of the Dish Room, Pot Sinks, Machines, Main and Outlet Kitchens, Garbage Disposal Areas, Banquet Kitchen, Kitchen Equipment, China, Flat Wear and Glassware, and Employee Kitchen Bathrooms, in addition to training, scheduling, and monitoring of employees. This is a summer position. Our season typically runs from May through early October. Candidates must be available to work until the end of the season.

• Starting Wage: $51,000.00

Job Responsibilities: 

The “must haves” for this position include: 

• Dishwasher experience 

  

Job Requirements: 
We prefer that you additionally have the following skills/experience, but it is not required: 

• Previous supervisory experience 

• Multi Outlet resort experience 

• ServSafe Certification

The expected pay range is $51,000.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
