Plays a key role in the enhancement and future development of the company’s PLM/Engineering Tools/CAD environments. Proactively recommends system improvements based on known challenges or anticipated future state of the business.

Job Responsibilities:

•Evaluate and support process improvement initiatives by analyzing business functions, gathering info, and optimizing system capabilities across Lucid Motors.
•Develop technical requirement documents by working with business and technical stakeholders.

PLANNING
•Plays a key role in architecting new systems and improvements to existing systems 
•Prepare process maps and procedure documentation to support analysis and changes to new and existing processes.

EXECUTION
•Generate compelling reports and presentations for analysis of results & process change initiatives.
•Assists with definition and development of process architecture.

SUPPORT
•Assists system end users after implementation of new processes through training, production support, and reporting.
•Helps business owners document/maintain/update their workflows based on current/future system configurations.
•Provides support for:
oUser Verification Testing (UVT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) testing alongside business owners
oCustomer training activities
oBusiness readiness and change management activities prior to go-live
oEnd-user go-live, data migration and ongoing support.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

•Bachelor’s degree required (MS / MBA preferred)
•Program and/or project management experience required
•Prior experience in development, consulting in industrial business process development preferred
•Engineering / manufacturing industry experience preferred – automotive strongly preferred
•Strong communication skills for collaboration within the team, across cross-functional teams and with management 
•Approachable and comfortable with developing and maintaining mid/upper-management and individual-level relationships
•Effective ability to translate corporate/managerial goals into action
•Strong, systematic problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills
