The Material Associate II is personnel trained to perform roles which require Order picking and ASL (Assigned Signatory List) certification within the shipping department.  Below are the general responsibilities required for the Material Associate II role. 

What You Will Do:

• Be responsible for shipping and storage tasks:
  • Picking/Keying of product from inventory
  • Generate required documents
  • Account for and ensure proper storage of materials
  • Proper storage of material and filing of documentation
  • Completing cycle count activities as required
• Drive Quality Assurance by:
  • Ensuring the product and related paperwork are correct and any special or customer requests are completed.
  • Ensuring documentation is present and correct for each order
  • Performing necessary inspection tasks to ensure paperwork and parts are correct
  • Creating customer labels and portal entries as required
  • Signing Certificate of Conformance to release for shipment
  • Recording retention of documents to scanning
• Provide top-notch customer service by:
  • Handling urgent requests from internal and external customers                     
  • Maintaining short lead times and handling special requests.                                     
  • Supporting company Sales and OTD objectives 
  • Meeting customer requirements and expedited shipments while maintaining quality.                                                          
  • Working extended hours or weekends as needed
• Effectively communicate by:
  • Maintaining positive communication with internal and external customers                                                        
  • Interacting with other functional groups to update, inform, acknowledge, or resolve problems related to business issues     
  • Maintaining positive attitude in all communications
  • Communicating professionally with all levels of the organization
  • Communicating to foster teamwork

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically, a HS diploma with a minimum of 1 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, 3 years of relevant experience is required.
• U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here: https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Experience and knowledge with SAP
• Previous shipping experience in a manufacturing environment

• Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
