Accounting Tech - Temp

Medical Associates is hiring a temporary Accounting Tech to join our Finance Team! A background in accounting or finance is preferred but not required.

What you will be doing:

• Balancing daily receipts from reception and business office departments to our billing system.
• Scanning accounts payable invoices to software application and sending to the appropriate approvers.
• Enter accounts payable invoices into our accounting software.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Experience: One to three years of similar or related experience preferred. Accounts payable experience a plus!

Education: Equivalent to a high school education.

Interpersonal Skills: Normal courtesy in dealing with others is required. Work involves minimal contacts, usually within the organization. Contact usually involving routine, non-sensitive issues.
