As a Quality Analyst Lead within PNC's Program Adoption and Readiness team, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Dallas, TX or Birmingham, AL. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.As a Quality Analyst Lead, you will be part of a team that performs time-sensitive data risk reviews of PNC engagements as part of the Enterprise Third Party Management program. The reviews will contain varying levels of material to assess, so you will be responsible for requesting additional response details as necessary to evaluate the risks while meeting the program SLAs.
As part of the team, you will also support the Data Change Management component of the Data Management Program through identification of data management impacts within projects, and assessment of the actions taken by the project team to meet data management policy and procedure requirements. This process will involve collaboration with other Data and Automation Subject Matter Experts and is time-sensitive due to project release governance and scheduling.
The Quality Analyst Lead will be required to perform production work and to support multiple reviews at a time, and to respond to prioritization changes. Individual must be able to focus for long periods of time to meet goals assigned to specific projects. This position also requires analytical and critical thinking skills. Skills specific to this role include:

Job Description
- Coordinates and administers quality control program within a defined department of the organization.
- Coordinates control plans, inspection systems, and action plans to achieve expected results.
- Leads, mentors and develops team members to promote quality awareness and implement quality programs and initiatives.
- Executes corrective actions and addresses non-conformances.
- Facilitates or leads training on quality tools and skills.
