The position holder will have a strong understanding of payment processing, particularly with experience in integrating Stripe services. The role involves streamlining our payment solutions, enhancing the user experience, and further iterations of our existing products (e.g. host billing or payment processing).</p> <h2><b>CHALLENGE</b></h2> <ul> <li>Product Development &amp; Management: Leading design, development and payment solutions, with a particular focus on Stripe integration and customer billing and payment modules</li> <li>Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales and accounting</li> <li>Customer insights: Collecting and analysing customer feedback to continuously improve our payment solutions</li> <li>Integration and monitoring: Managing the full integration of Stripe services into our product line to ensure optimal functionality and user experience. E2E billing and payment modules that we offer to customers</li> <li>Trend analysis: Tracking payment processing trends and the latest technologies</li> <li>Risk management: Ensuring that our payment solutions always comply with industry regulations and security standards</li> <li>Performance indicators: Regularly reviewing and reporting on the performance of our payment solutions with the aim of continuous improvement</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h2><b>FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...</b></h2> <ul> <li>Successfully completed studies in business administration, finance, IT or a related field</li> <li>Several years of professional experience in product management, including experience with payment or billing solutions</li> <li>Deep technical understanding of payment gateways, e-commerce platforms and global payment methods, experience in integrating Stripe services into a product or platform is beneficial</li> <li>Excellent problem solving skills and data-driven approach to decision making</li> <li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment</li> <li>Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus</li> <li>Very good English and German skills, written and spoken</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h2><b>PERSPECTIVE</b></h2> <p>We hire the most likely to win and develop to become the best.
