Sr. Data Analyst

The work:
Sr Data Analyst will help build the infrastructure to answer questions with data, using software engineering best practices, data management fundamentals, data storage principles, and recent advances in distributed systems. You will be serving as a point of contact for all onboarding and offboarding throughout the division creating strategic recruitment plans for hiring managers to get highly qualified diverse candidates; identifying, promoting, supporting, and providing quality, cost-effective programs designed to increase individual and organizational productivity and enrichment. You develop and create data pipelines, ensure data quality, and implement ETL (extract, transform and load) processes to migrate and deploy data across systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree and 8+ years of data analytics experience OR 10+ years of data analytics experience
- 8+ years configuration management and development of operational systems (SharePoint 2013, 2016, & Office 365)
- 8+ years leading complex SharePoint projects and automation efforts
- 5+ years gather customer requirements, engaging stakeholders, and communicate project status updates
- 5+ data analytical experience on data management activities (Microsoft products & Adobe acrobat); Competence to review, interpret, and evaluate complex legal/non-legal docs
- Ability to use JavaScript and HTML for customized solutions

- Top Secret Clearance required
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
