At Serenity Healthcare, we specialize in offering alternative treatments & services like TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) and Ketamine infusion therapy, along with ADHD testing and Medication Management, to treat patients with a variety of behavioral health concerns.

Role Overview:  

We are seeking a Senior Power BI Engineer to join our Data Team. In this role, you will transform complex data into intuitive Power BI dashboards that inform and guide executive decision-making. Your ability to blend technical expertise with user-focused design will be critical in identifying and communicating key insights.  You have a deep understanding of Power BI's capabilities, both in front-end visualization and back-end architecture, enabling you to deliver insightful, user-friendly dashboards. 

Required Background: 

• Advanced expertise in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and advanced data modeling. 

• Proven ability to design user-centric, interactive dashboards. 

• Strong problem-solving skills and autonomy in task execution. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Background in UX design. 

• Proficiency in SQL. 

• Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
