Shipping Assistant- 3rd Shift (10pm-6am)

Quanex is looking to add a Shipping Assistant- 3rd Shift (10pm-6am) to our Cambridge, Oh IG team.
The primary function is to prepare new and returned reels for re-use.

What success looks like: 

• Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including telephone communications, office systems

• Knowledge of miscellaneous Microsoft Office Computer applications, Assistics, Adage, FedEx, etc.

• Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems

• Ability to operate a tow motor

• Must be willing to work impromptu overtime including weekends and holidays as necessary.

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on an infrequent basis

The hourly wage for this position is starting at $ $19.62 per hour plus applicable shift differential.
