Job Title: Advance Practice Provider

Location: Multiple Sites

Indianapolis, IN - Southside Main office at St. Francis, Travel too Mooresville - St. Francis and / or Franklin - Johnson Memorial

Indianapolis, IN - Northeast - Community North

Hours: Full-time (32 - 40 hours). Normal working hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Reports to: Physician / APP Practice Medical Director / COO

Summary of Position: Under the direction of the Practice Medical Director and Physician, and in collaboration with the COO, provide comprehensive medical services to patients of JWM NEUROLOGY.

JWM Neurology PC is looking to hire an Advance Practice Provider at several locations within the Indianapolis area.
