About the role

Who we are

Samsara (NYSE: IOT) is the pioneer of the Connected Operations™ Cloud, which is a platform that enables organizations that depend on physical operations to harness Internet of Things (IoT) data to develop actionable insights and improve their operations. At Samsara, we are helping improve the safety, efficiency and sustainability of the physical operations that power our global economy. Representing more than 40% of global GDP, these industries are the infrastructure of our planet, including agriculture, construction, field services, transportation, and manufacturing — and we are excited to help digitally transform their operations at scale.

Working at Samsara means you’ll help define the future of physical operations and be on a team that’s shaping an exciting array of product solutions, including Video-Based Safety, Vehicle Telematics, Apps and Driver Workflows, Equipment Monitoring, and Site Visibility. As part of a recently public company, you’ll have the autonomy and support to make an impact as we build for the long term.

About the role:

We are looking for an energetic and highly organized A-player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. As a key member of the Marketing team, this role will be vital in planning and leading production logistics for our annual customer conference, Beyond, and our global roadshow program, Go Beyond. Responsibilities include managing key vendor partnerships, overseeing production for keynotes, breakouts, and other ancillary events and project-managing the logistics for our technology showcase. This role will also support the sourcing and coordination of entertainment and production elements for Beyond Bash, our signature evening celebration.

Success in this role requires a strong understanding of business priorities and the ability to translate them into strategic, high-impact event experiences. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and execution, while driving forward momentum and maintaining attention to detail. The ideal candidate excels at managing multiple complex projects simultaneously and brings a solutions-oriented mindset to every challenge.

This is a remote position requiring working hours aligned with the Pacific or Central Time Zone and quarterly travel (approximately 20%). Please note that relocation assistance is not available for this role.

You should apply if:

  • You want to impact the industries that run our world: Your efforts will result in real-world impact – helping to keep the lights on, get food into grocery stores, reduce emissions, and most importantly, ensure workers return home safely.
  • You are the architect of your own career: If you put in the work, this role won’t be your last at Samsara. We set up our employees for success and have built a culture that encourages rapid career development, countless opportunities to experiment and master your craft in a hyper growth environment.
  • You’re energized by our opportunity: The vision we have to digitize large sectors of the global economy requires your full focus and best efforts to bring forth creative, ambitious ideas for our customers.
  • You want to be with the best: At Samsara, we win together, celebrate together and support each other. You will be surrounded by a high-calibre team that will encourage you to do your best.

In this role, you will:

  • Oversee end-to-end production logistics and vendor management, as it pertains to keynotes, breakouts and ancillary programs at Beyond and Go Beyond.
  • Manage comprehensive program planning and execution—from stakeholder alignment and executive approvals to timelines, budgets, floor plans, and more.
  • Develop and maintain detailed production schedules and run-of-show documents to ensure flawless execution and cross-functional alignment.
  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling, on-brand event experiences through creative elements such as graphics, visuals, and video content.
  • Manage multiple simultaneous events and programs, effectively prioritizing overlapping timelines and deliverables.
  • Bring energy, creativity, and fresh ideas to continuously elevate and innovate the attendee experience.

Minimum requirements for the role:

  • 5+ years of experience in event production management.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • Experience managing event logistics/production for 1,000 employees/customers.
  • Based in US and able to travel 20% of the time.
