Job Description
In this role, you will be the main contact of retailer clients, owning the operational design of our client offering to ensure it is delighting clients while maintaining the NIQ offer in the marketplace in a sustainable manner. You will advise, suggest and discuss solutions with the commercial teams and the clients in regard to operational requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure direct communication with the client (phone, mail), especially in case of escalations, but also covers regular client engagement meetings, understand their needs and requests.
- Design, implement, deliver retailer clients databases, ensuring expected quality and delivery timings are met.
- Implement solutions regarding specifications limitations and technical possibilities on clients’ requests.
- Analyze and identify gaps, find the root cause in case of any non justified. data discrepancies, issues linked to production or delivery.
- Recognizing and escalating technical issues to Technical Support team.
- Communicate effectively with our operational team members about clients specifications and solutions and with sales team members.
- Cooperate with other teams (StatOps, Manufacturer, Technology) to build and share the knowledge of components solutions/options of the portfolio possible to apply.
- Support local project by participating in building test databases.
- Ensure process documentation is updated on regular basis and stored in an agreed place.
YOUR PROFILE:
- You’re a confident & enthusiastic person able to manage a varied and unpredictable workload in autonomy
- Master degree (Supply Chain, Engineering, Economy, Marketing, Logistics…) or equivalent experience.
- You are fluent in French and English (verbal and written)
- Demonstrates willingness to understand operational “end-to-end” processes and able to translate business expectations into technical specifications.
- Shows facilities to build excellent relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
- Demonstrates a “Can-Do” & results-oriented attitude.
- Knowledge of the FMCG industry and understanding of market data, for example, Market Shares, Sales Units, Sales Value.
- Shows ownership for executed tasks, driving progress and working out solutions
- Ability to work effectively in a team to achieve goals together
