Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

As a Commercial Banking Associate for the commercial digital team, this person will be expected to support the overall digital vision and directly contribute to design and product management teams.

As a Commercial Banking Associate for the digital team, this person will be expected to support the overall digital vision and directly contribute to design and product management teams.

  • Digital Vision: Contribute ideas and execution partner to shape the digital strategy as part of the overall Commercial Bank strategic roadmap. Build consensus by promoting our vision, aligning cross-functional teams, and acting as a champion for our culture of innovation.
  • Analysis: Assist with gathering, analyzing, and interpreting user data, product performance metrics, and research findings to inform product or design decisions.
  • Client Focus: Collect and analyze feedback from our customers and key stakeholders to distill down into actionable requirements.
  • Cross Functional Coordination: Support cross-functional teams by helping to translate business requirements into clear, user-focused design ideas and product builds.

Design:

  • Design: Collaborate with UX designers to help develop wireframes, flows, and prototypes based on user and stakeholder feedback. Contribute to backlog grooming, sprint planning, and product QA efforts as needed.
  • User Research: Participate in user research and usability testing efforts to understand user needs and identify pain points.
  • Market Trends: Stay up to date on UX design trends, user behavior analytics, and product design best practices.
  • Inclusive Design: Support accessibility and inclusivity efforts by applying basic usability principles across analysis and design tasks.
  • Documentation: Help document user insights and contribute to the synthesis of findings to inform product improvements. Communicate findings and design input clearly in meetings, presentations, and documentation.

Product:

  • Product Management: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and UX designers to ensure product requirements align with user goals and technical feasibility.
  • Low-Code Execution: Lead execution from vision & business requirements into digital products using low code software. Strong problem-solving abilities that will enable quick tests and iterations.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Preparing and delivering ongoing communication, training, and engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Product Automation: Drive opportunities to create straight through processing (STP) for digital products and gain operational efficiency

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Systems, Psychology, or Design.
  • Work Experience: 0–2 years of experience in a product, UX, or business analysis role (internship or co-op experience encouraged). Exposure to or interest in UX design processes, user research, and product strategy. Familiarity with Agile or other iterative development methodologies is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Basic understanding of tools such as Figma, Excel, Miro, or analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Amplitude, etc.).
  • Communication: Strong communication and organizational skills with a collaborative working style.
  • Analytical skills: Analytical mindset with an attention to detail and curiosity about user behavior and product performance.
  • Continuous Learning: Willingness to learn and grow within a cross-functional, user-focused product and design team.
