Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring an Account Lead to join our Behavioral Health team.

About the role
You will manage the relationship with Oscar’s behavioral health delegated vendor. Activities include, monitoring for task completion, relationship management, delegate performance monitoring, and collaboration with internal stakeholders on process improvement and issue remediation.
You will report to the Behavioral Health Program Lead.

If you live within commutable distance to our New York City office ( in Hudson Square), our Tempe office (off the 101 at University Ave), or our Los Angeles office (in Marina Del Rey), you will be expected to come into the office at least two days each week. Otherwise, this is a remote / work-from-home role.

Pay Transparency:
The base pay for this role in the states of California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Washington is: $93,600 - $122,850 per year. The base pay for this role in all other locations is: $84,240- $110,565 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar’s unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Be Oscar’s internal expert for vendor operations. Be audible ready on vendor operations, partnership activities, and performance
- Operate as a first line of oversight for regulatory filings, compliance with state/federal regulations, and adherence to contract terms
- Function as internal go-to for all things related to behavioral health vendor-related topics
- Be the cross-functional parter to internal teams to drive results for important strategic initiatives
- Participate in implementation activities for Oscar and +Oscar clients, including managing deliverables, tracking for timeliness, testing, and post-launch monitoring
- Oversee short-term and long-term partner performance against targets and report findings out to Oscar stakeholders
- Understand the key data and reports from and work with our team to identify trends that could be used to improve these partnerships
- Help implement improvement opportunities to further develop and scale delegated partner operations
- Identify opportunities to reduce unnecessary costs and/or improve member experience through contracting initiatives, operational improvements, or otherwise
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in a client-facing role
Bonus Points
- Experience using analytical tools, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience interfacing with technical teams
- Experience presenting complex information clearly in both written and verbal formats
- Project management experience
- Experience with vendor management in the healthcare industry experience
- Familiarity with healthcare markets and regulations or behavioral health
