Area Sales Developer | based in Mytilene

Are you an ambitious sales professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for an Area Sales Developer to join our team at Delta Foods. Based in the beautiful city of Mytilene, you will be responsible for coordinating our company's commercial activities in the geographical areas of Lesvos, Chios, Samos, Limnos and Ikaria.

As an experienced member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the development of your area, managing resources effectively and implementing our sales division's processes and programs. Your main goal will be to achieve sales targets and enhance customer experience, while also promoting our corporate image at every touchpoint. You will work closely with our representatives to ensure the success of our commercial activities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree considered as an asset. We require a minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in the sales field, preferably in the food and beverage sector. Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English, both written and verbal, are essential for effective collaboration with our team and customers. We are looking for someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as exceptional negotiation abilities and a results-oriented mindset.

In addition, we value teamwork and collaboration, so excellent interpersonal skills are a must. Proficiency in PC literacy, including MS Office applications, is also required. A valid driving license will be necessary for this position.
