How you’ll make an impact

• Lead daily production activities with safety as the top priority

• Ensure work is completed to quality standards and customer requirements

• Execute production plans to meet output, delivery, and efficiency targets

• Allocate labor and resources to address shifting priorities

• Monitor performance and escalate issues that impact production

• Support continuous improvement using Lean and data-driven methods

• Coach, develop, and engage team members through regular feedback

• Partner with cross-functional teams to keep operations running smoothly

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered

• 3–5+ years of manufacturing experience

• Previous people leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Knowledge of production processes, quality systems, and continuous improvement

• Experience with SAP or similar systems is a plus

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
