Be a part of our mission!</p> <h2 id="deine-position">Deine Position</h2> <p>In Tech we have two main work streams:</p> <ul> <li>Heartbeat: Building a virtual power plant levering our energy manager “Heartbeat” and evolving the customer experience app around this</li> <li>Virtual Assembly Line for installation companies: Digitisation of operations and processes from ground operations to rooftop installations</li> </ul> <p>We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Technical Project &amp; Delivery Manager to join the Swedish team and be part of our mission. You will play a pivotal part in ensuring that the 1K5° software solutions reach their maximum efficiency in the Swedish market.</p> <p>Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Gather and prioritize requirements from various stakeholders to ensure an excellent user experience of the platform.</li> <li>Work closely with global Product Owners to enable them to tailor our applications to the Swedish Market</li> <li>Regularly communicate progress, updates, and product insights to stakeholders across the Swedish organization.</li> <li>Define, monitor, and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success and impact of our work on software delivery efficiency and overall business outcomes.</li> <li>Be the connecting link between the Swedish team and the Product/Tech team</li> <li>Project Management across different workstreams and reporting for project steering and leadership updates.</li> </ul> <h2 id="dein-profil">Dein Profil</h2> <p>You have:</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of work experience as a (Technical) Product Manager, or a similar role in a technology-driven environment.</li> <li>Relevant experience in IT project management and software rollout projects</li> <li>Strong understanding of the Swedish energy market</li> <li>Drive to understand and define business processes and derive technical requirements</li> <li>Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical topics to people with no technical background</li> <li>Thorough understanding of business processes and relevant tools (CRM, ERP, etc)</li> <li>Ability to derive potential business cases from the Swedish market and to translate into our existing tech landscape</li> <li>Experience in quickly finding your way around in cross-functional teams in a fast pace, interdisciplinary working environment</li> <li>An agile and result-oriented mindset and you consider yourself a team player</li> <li>Excellent stakeholder management skills</li> <li>Proactive and hands-on attitude</li> <li>Very good knowledge of spoken and written Swedish and English, German is a plus</li> </ul> <p>Bonus points for:</p> <ul> <li>Experience and interest in climate tech industry</li> </ul> <p>We are an ambitious and dynamic company with a talented team.
