We are looking for a rock star Sr. Business Strategy Manager to support the analytics, planning, and reporting needs of a growing business. This position will report to the Sr. Director of Strategic Planning & Analytics Management and work closely with executives, product management, FP&A, product marketing, sales, BI, and other cross-functional teams to assess the changing needs of the business and provide solutions that help achieve the business' goals.
 

      What you get to do in this role:

  • Iterate and execute on annual planning processes in partnership with key cross-functional, cross-GEO, and cross-organization partners (e.g. Long range planning, annual planning, etc).
  • Develop robust analysis and business cases to support to address key strategic questions/initiatives in partnership with stakeholders.
  • Drive operational rigor and provide insight into key business metrics for business leaders as well as the broader team. 
  • Responsible for owning definition, reporting, and comprehension of key cross-functional business metrics, including pipeline and revenue trends, product adoption, customer maturity, product transitions, and upsell and cross-sell strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and build statistical models to identify trends and key drivers that inform decisions across the business.
  • Work with business leaders and the BI team to define financial and product success metrics.  Develop dashboards and visualizations to monitor business health and tell a business-centric story using data.
  • Create reports and presentation decks for quarterly business reviews.  Drive financial modeling for long-range business plans for the business unit.

Qualifications

 

      To be successful in this role you have:

  • 10+ years of experience in analytics, finance, planning and operations with 6+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS.
  • 5+ year of experience working within a global technology company or management consulting firm.
  • Top-notch critical thinker with strong data analytics and problem-solving skills, and ability to synthesize disparate information to create actionable business insights.
  • Self-starter and a problem-solver with a bias for action.
  • Collaborate and partner effectively with key stakeholders and leadership.
  • Experience delivering and executing in complex and changing business landscapes.
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.

For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of 133,800-234,200 plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
