Job Description
The Agency Marketing Program Management Senior Consultant I is responsible for leading the planning, development, and execution of complex, large-scale marketing programs that align with local and agency-level strategies. These initiatives aim to build awareness, drive customer consideration, and support profitable growth and retention within the Allstate agency channel.Design content and facilitate stakeholder focus groups to inform program direction
Collaborate with cross-functional and external partners to develop growth strategies
Manage relationships with internal teams and external vendors
Oversee multiple moderately complex marketing projects and initiatives
Maintain and update marketing technology platforms to reflect accurate pricing and product details
Utilize HTML to update content on marketing platforms
Prepare and manage detailed project plans and timelines
Develop and execute integrated communications and marketing campaigns
Partner with marketing consultants to design and deliver program education
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement regional and local marketing programs
Lead Design Thinking sessions to identify process improvements and generate innovative solutions
Education
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Experience
3+ years of relevant experience (preferred)
Supervisory Responsibilities

Education & Experience (in lieu)
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in place of a formal degree

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $61,000.00 - 106,210.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
